Job Description
SAP Order To Cash Business System Analyst provides production support and delivers on new capabilities in the SAP SD module. This includes order management, allocation, inventory, deliveries, shipments, pricing, invoicing and returns across all three business channels globally.
The Business Analyst - Order to Cash is a liaison between business partners, IT solution architecture and delivery teams responsible for application design / development / QA / rollout SDLC activities and ongoing business support. The Business Analyst will have responsibility for one or more domains within the Order to Cash function. This position will be part of a high performing team of business analysts and developers that deliver value across the supply chain order fulfillment space.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Establish collaborative and productive relationships with internal IT department, business partners, external partners
- Responsible for developing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the Supply Chain organization and managing changes to such specifications
- Articulate, assess, and prioritize business requirements and partner with business / technology teams for successful delivery of these capabilities
- Leverage knowledge of supply chain best practices, functional design to deliver robust, future ready capabilities
- Develop functional and technical designs, configurations, guide developers, conduct system testing and coordinate user testing/training
- Own, prioritize and facilitate the refinement of product backlog to ensure that the team is delivering the right enhancements at the right time to drive business value
- Technology thought leadership - technology evangelist, promoting our business strategies and advancing our technology capabilities through knowledge of best practice with customer focus
- Demonstrate functional and best practices experience and leverage these to promote our technology capabilities
- Own functional documentation including but not limited to requirements documents, product backlog, functional specification, business process documentation, etc.
- Assist the business and enterprise change management teams to build and execute change management and training strategy for new applications
- Provide transparent / honest status and communication to business stakeholders and leadership
YOU ARE
- Able to communicate effectively, build relationships and influence outcomes in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Able to translate abstract concepts into defined objectives, business requirements, business processes and functional specifications and an actionable product roadmap
- An excellent communicator that can document and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customers in mind to build their trust and respect
- Adept with time management and problem-solving skills
- A relentless, versatile learner that is open to change and embraces experimentation to find solutions
YOU HAVE
- 3+ years relevant experience in implementing/supporting order management and fulfillment systems processes, preferably in the retail industry
- Prior experience supporting SD technologies globally including U.S., Canada, Europe, and APAC
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions in SAP particularly in the areas of Order Management, Pricing and Delivery Due
- Experience integrating SAP with external systems such as Microsoft D365, Order Dynamics, Manhattan WMS
