What you'll do:

The Search and Content Specialist will report to the Sr Manager of Brand Sites and will be located in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for researching, writing, and implementing compelling long and short form copy that drives consumer action and sales across the Electrolux and Frigidaire web properties. The Search and Content specialist will work cross functionally with our search agency, brand and product marketers and the internal digital marketing team to create search driven content, improve

our position in the SERPs, and establish our presence in organic search shopping experiences. You will be in an end-to-end role, creating content and implementing the changes in content management system (CMS). On any given day, the digital content and content specialist will research and write copy for blog posts, metadata, update homepage and landing page copy, and other

web pages with clear call to actions, and implement those changes in the CMS.

Bottom line: This role combines strategic storytelling with technical know-how.

Other essential duties and responsibilities:• Perform keyword research to inform content outlines and page optimizations • Work closely with the media team to create a Rent, Own, Dominate search strategy for key

terms• Synthesize search data and keyword recommendations to create site content and improve the

user experience in a search driven manner while maintaining a strong brand voice• Write long form digital content and short form landing page content for Frigidaire and Electrolux

sites• Gain a deep understanding of the Frigidaire and Electrolux brand voices, tone and content

styles, and be able to switch between the two seamlessly • Build landing pages and other content using SmartEdit• Combine written words with design templates to present strong, compelling digital consumer

experiences• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that priorities are correctly established and aligned• Establish sales driven KPIs and report regularly on progress • Be a positive influence on the overall organization and team, leading with empathy and

kindness.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably inbusiness, communications or marketing

Must have 3 years' experience in SEO

Writing clear, concise, compelling, and grammatically correct copy in both long and short form

that tells the brand story in the consumer's voice

Familiarity with commonly used style guides (especially AP Style)

Classified as Internal

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Well-trained in using content management systems such as Optimizely and SAP SmartEdit

Experience working in Workfront or other digital project management tools

Self-motivated and organized with a meticulous approach to their work and an eye for detail

Ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines

Ability to work with large teams, across multiple teams, including agencies.

Must possess a passion for and proven experience of executing with excellence.
