• Implements and enforces robust security protocols to protect facility operations, ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Establishes and maintains strict access control measures for sensitive areas, including cleanrooms and storage facilities, to eliminate unauthorized entry and safeguard critical assets from theft, tampering, or contamination.
• Leads comprehensive security audits and risk assessments, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and deploying strategic countermeasures to address potential threats and ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Collaborates effectively with quality assurance, compliance teams, law enforcement, and first responders, integrating security protocols with regulatory frameworks and emergency response strategies to enhance organizational integrity and operational excellence.
• Responds decisively and swiftly to security incidents, breaches, or emergencies, reporting to law enforcement and first responders as needed, and leveraging established procedures to protect personnel, assets, and sensitive information while minimizing operational disruption.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Knowledge and Skills:
• Exceptional situational awareness, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure, build trust with stakeholders, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, managing access control systems, and leveraging advanced surveillance technology, with solid competence in using security incident reporting software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, with a proven track record of safeguarding critical operations and assets.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred certifications for this role are Certified Protection Professional or Physical Security Professional.Benefits:
