The Role:

We are looking for a Segment Leader to make an impact! In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and market leadership in the Data Center segment. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement segment strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote Schneider Electric solutions for Data Centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
• Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies to enhance our position in the market.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to drive segment performance.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, or a related field;
• Min 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Data Center or Cloud Service Provider segment.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and functions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
