OVERVIEW
At the heart of our work here at Automox is to effortlessly automate all endpoints. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our world-class sales team. You will hunt and uncover expansion opportunities for our modern endpoint management cloud platform within our most strategic customers.
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about SaaS, and love to be part of a team. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work within a team driving customer retention and expansion. Our Senior Account Manager will use their knowledge of our product and understanding of our customer base (IT and Security Ops managers) to help our clients expand their use of Automox. Successful candidates will possess the desire and drive to step into a role that they themselves will help shape.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Drive Automox’s existing business revenue growth through renewals and account expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting, and partnering with Customer Success Management (CSM) peers.
- Uncover opportunities for Automox to partner further with Security and IT leaders within our existing customer base to deliver on their business objectives.
- Coordinate with CSM and New Business teams to resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Develop processes and KPIs to effectively manage and track retention and your growth pipeline.
- Identify revenue risks, and create steps for risk mitigation in collaboration with CSM and Sales Leaders.
- Provide qualitative assessment of renewals, attrition and major performance drivers to Leadership.
- Maintain customer database integrity, ensure complete/accurate records of sales activity in the support system.
- Bring a great attitude as we pursue some big hairy audacious goals that will set us apart from the competition, and all the fun that comes with that.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in the software security industry or equivalent
- Track record of meeting and exceeding expansion and renewal goals within a large customer base of enterprise customers.
- Self-starter, proactive, motivated, and responsible, with a passion for customer engagement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional and confident communicating at all levels of an organization from procurement to the C-suite.
- Ability to work toward revenue goals in a self-directed team environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with, and enjoy, a challenging sale, helping IT Managers and decision-makers see value in evolving their approach to security.
- Technical aptitude to convey/articulate value-based propositions to a technical audience, including C-level.
- Practice and preach efficiency and have an intuition for opportunity
- You have the ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate easily with peers, and make things happen.
- You take what you do seriously, but you do not take yourself seriously. Those without a sense of humor need not apply.
This position will be accepting applications from 3/4 - 3/11.
Studies have shown that women, people of marginalized genders, and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We want to encourage you to apply, even if you don't feel like you meet all the requirements. We are more interested in your skills, your experience, and your passion for the work than we are in your specific qualifications.
