Job Description

• You will actively work in the daily operations of accounts receivable accounting by processing transactions in SAP, managing dunning processes and intercompany reconciliations, and contributing to the monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local Gaap.
• You will independently drive a variety of defined initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization .
• You will serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• You will proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and eficiency and derive appropriate actions .

Qualifications

• Your profile includes a degree in finance accounting or a comparable commercial education, supplemented by several years of relevant practical experience.
• Your practical experience includes several years of operational Accounts Receivable Accounting.
• Ideally you have collaborated with and obtained some knowledge in related fields, such as Customer Service, General Ledger Accounting, or Controlling.
• Strong knowledge in SAP within the FI module is a must. Additional experience with SD and process automation are a plus.
• Initial experience in process and project management, such as an active role in an SAP implementation project or Lean Management, is desirable.
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and are comfortable in an international environment. Good german language skills are a strong advantage.
• Teamwork, reliability, and results orientation are among your key strengths.
• You are respected for driving innovation, your hands-on mentality, focus on results and enthusiasm for continuously challenging and improving your processes.
