Senior Administrative Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team to drive financial and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Crew Lead to manage the budgetand costs forecast for the crew, including personal, consultant services, software, hardware, cloud, etc
• Closely follow up with IT Project Managers on the cost shred among different projects
• Support the IT Project Managers on contract management
• Work closely with IT Project Managersand local finance along the contract payment process and monitor the cost flow of the payments
• Analyze the deviation of cost forecast vs actuals
• Support the Crew Lead on resource planning, workforce strategy management and reporting
• Support on WFP and contract/LP approval requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 6 years of working experience as PMO or Project Coordinator
• Solid client-facing experience is a must
• Able to lead and engage people in a conversation or meetings
• IT domain experience and Accounting or financial experience is highly preferred
• Positive interpersonal skills: proactivity, diligence and accuracy
• Upper Intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of spoken and written English
