We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The person will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an AI Engineer 
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions with Python 
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, feature selection, resampling and optimization techniques 
• Experience with different LLMs - commercial (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) 
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, output parsing 
• Proficiency in model evaluation techniques 
• Fluent level of spoken and written English
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice to have: 

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, ReAct, etc.
• Exposure to non-commercial LLMs (Meta, Mistral, etc.)
• Understanding of embeddings and vector databases, RAG, CoT / ToT, etc.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning/PEFT, quantization and guardrails
• Experience with AWS SageMaker
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Implement AI solutions using programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models to achieve desired outcomes
• Be up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning research and apply them to improve existing solutions
• Test and evaluate AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Utilize machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn to build and train models
• Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data for model training and evaluation
