We are actively recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Data Management to join our Advanced Analytics department in Richmond, VA. or we are open to remote work arrangements.

What you'll be doing:• Work cross functionally with different partners on defining data strategy and implementation of data management best practices for consumer and digital data sets.• Work with key stakeholders to define and maintain robust data quality metrics and business metrics for these data sets to enable advanced data analytics• Consult with internal clients to understand their business needs and develop high impact, outcome driven data access and visualization solutions• Collaborate and maintain positive relationships with diverse partner groups in a rapidly changing environment, to prioritize and deliver solutions that are cost-efficient, timely and effective• Fuse technical knowledge with subject matter expertise to translate complex business questions into impactful solutions• Serve as a critical thinking partner with teammates and share technical expertise

What we want you to have:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Applied Mathematics, or a related field • 3+ years of relevant experience in the domain of data analytics, data management or data engineering• Good understanding of marketing analytics concepts like customer profitability, customer lifetime value etc.• Strong working knowledge of SQL or Python• Good understanding of database platforms like Microsoft Azure (preferred), Teradata or Oracle• Good understanding of project/program management methodologies like waterfall, agile. • Proven track record of developing creative methods to identify business opportunities• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners• Limited domestic travel required
