Senior Analyst, MDM

Eaton's Marketing Commercial Operations Division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, MDM to join our team. This position is based at our Moon Township, PA or Arden, NC locations. To be considered, the applicant must reside within a 50-mile radius of these location. This is a hybrid work from home and Eaton location model.

Position Overview:

The analyst will be a critical component in driving adoption of new digital capabilities across each business. This will include reviewing key adoption metrics with key stakeholders, developing implementation plans and executing them within an acceptable time frame. In addition, with day-to-day support activities the MDM analyst II will support a key initiative across Eaton, such as Eaton.com Deployments, Order Center troll-out, Analytics, or syndication. MDM analyst will review data attribution by the businesses and contractors, recommend actions for elevating the data quality and will be responsible for supporting data migration with IT to enter into PDH. In addition to these activities candidates will be responsible for data quality reporting, analyzing existing data and collecting, organizing, and creating detailed product attribute information for Eaton's electrical products. Additionally, the Data Analyst function will assist in managing data security, provide training to new analyst and work with data owners for data maintenance. The MDM Analyst II will support deployment data migrations, data standardization, LOV Creation and the PDH configuration process. The MDM Analyst II will also be responsible for execution several roles with the Oracle Product Data Hub workflow for the US, Mexico, and Canada businesses.

• Firm understanding of technical concepts, data flow architecture and the ability to communicate technical concepts
• Responsible for daily MDM support activities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• PL/SQL - Oracle (Procedural Language/Structured Query Language)
• Detail orientated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient Excel and Visual Basic
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
• Organizational and project management skills
• Preferred application experience in:
  • Oracle Product Data Hub
  • Oracle Content management
  • Photoshop
  • Adobe experience manager
  • OBIEE
  • ERP: SAP, Vista, Global Vista
  • AutoCAD/Inventor

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT discipline from an accredited institution.
• Previous work experience in Master Data Management, training, and front-end applications
• Experience with SAP, Vista, Global Vista, Oracle ERPs
• Thorough understanding of the manufacturing process, from item creation to product retirement
