Job Description :
Responsible for the development of the intelligence layer for Smart Gallery View to support people naturally interacting in the room which allows additional cameras or full appliances can coordinate to present the best view of individuals. Responsible for the development and enhancement TV focus control, accessibility control and voice command control to provide fast and comfortable meeting experience on standard Android TV or touch devices. Responsible for the implementation of HDMI-CEC event handler to better protect customers privacy and provide stable and safe meeting experience. Responsible for the development of Microsoft direct guest join feature which allows customers to join Microsoft Teams meetings with one touch from Zoom Rooms appliances. Develop companion clients and persistent whiteboard which can be shared with user access controls, chat integration with a consistent experience on desktop, mobile, web and touch devices. Implement SIP/H323 meeting call features for users, including transferring between video meeting and phone meeting, incoming call waiting queue, conflicts resolution with system call service. Develop enhanced Digital Signage feature to support authenticated websites, dynamic input feeds and pre-built templates which allows customers to create and manage engaging, dynamic, and visually appealing signage content directly on both client and web. Develop virtual receptionist to integrate with Zoom Phone call queues and connect 3rd party devices to complete the lobby experience via API. Develop interactive maps/wayfinding with AI-powered resource recommendations to support hot desk reservation with real-time occupancy status of rooms and people on Kiosk and Digital Signage and provide space tracking reports. Recommend various solutions and how they may fit into the big picture and meet the goals of various web and android functionalities. Use C++ with DuiLib to integrate CEF framework into Zoom app. Design and re-architect the code base to keep it modern and maintainable. Investigate, debug, and resolve challenging calling issues in production code. Improve meeting call quality, performance, and reliability.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Master's degree in Software Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent. Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: Java/Android, C/C++, Android SDK, NDK, and JNI; Android Studio, Eclipse, JIRA and git; OpenSSL project including cURL, Protocol Buffers, and IPC; DuiLib projects for Windows desktop app; CEF projects for integration of web view; VoIP projects including FreeSWITCH, openSIPS, PJSIP, reSIProcate; Linux administrations and script programming (Python, Lua); Android TV Focus control, accessibility control and voice command control standards; VoIP protocols such as SIP/H.323; network protocols including TCP/UDP/TLS/RTP/SRTP; and network communication, Multitask programming, and debugging.
