• Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.

• Challenges. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution.
• Responsibilities. Provide creative and technical expertise for software products under development. Design, develop, and implement user interface applications to support business requirements. Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create design documents, and perform program coding and testing. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Deliver software products by implementing technical architecture that is laid out for the product by using modern technologies to develop software.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will also accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Oracle SQL Developer; Toad; DataStage; Unix shell scripts; Oracle PLSQL; Netezza SQL; Oracle 19c; Database design techniques including Erwin and Microsoft Visio; Common source code control tools including SVN and Bitbucket; Agile software development experience including Scrum Process, Agile CI/CD, and Extreme Programming (XP); Linux; Service Oriented Architectures (SOA); and Oracle VPD.
