We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual who is willing to expand, grow and shape their career in EAI space, gets motivated by seeing the opportunities/gaps/challenges related to Application Integrations and takes charge of them.

This will be a hands-on technical role joining the fun-loving Global Information Systems (GIS) team reporting directly to Director of Business Applications, where you will be bringing in your deep technical subject matter expertise and architectural skills in helping strategize the A2A, B2B integration landscape, eliminate several middleware's and resolve data quality issues between systems and get onto a unified Integration platform for our key business applications (both on-prem and cloud) such as but not limited to SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Agile etc.
You will ultimately be the in-house Integration platform owner for designing, building, and sustaining integration solutions between these key business applications and will be cross-collaborating with business systems analysts across several functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall application integration development lifecycle starting from design, development, testing, deployment of integration solutions on cloud and/or on-premises.
- Partner closely with Business system analysts and business functions in gathering the integration specific requirements, documenting technical architecture and data flows, developing technical mapping specifications.
- Provide day-day support in monitoring and maintaining the key integrations (including but not limited to) between SAP S4 HANA, SalesForce/ServiceMax, DHL 3PL and ensure close to zero percent downtime
- Lead key architecture discussions and recommend best-fit methods depending on the business case
- Administer appropriate technical strategies to prevent data quality issues between systems (data duplication, data loss or incorrect entries)
- Generate monthly reports on failures and the actions taken to resolve those failures
- Develop and maintain system metrics to monitor for optimal performance and to keep data integrity across applications
- Troubleshoot day-day production issues and clearly document the issue cause/resolutions
- Partner closely with vendors for product roadmap, support escalation, and product releases to stay current with latest capabilities
- Evaluate vendor product releases, understand the impact on systems and plan in accordance with IT change control processes
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 7+ years of technical hands-on in designing and building integration solutions using any of the leading iPaaS solutions like Talend, Boomi, Mulesoft, SAP PI/PO et
- Atleast 5+ years of experience developing and supporting integrations between applications like Salesforce, SAP, Workday
- Demonstrable knowledge on SOA, EAI and ESB
- Hands-on experience in building A2A (REST/SOAP, API based), B2B/EDI integrations and working with various protocols, standards, and formats like X12, XML, JSON, HTTPS, SFTP etc.
- Must have experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of the flow of data, business processes, technical interfaces that would be created or impacted.
- Basic understanding of the authentication and encryption methods for secure data transmission in and out
- Proven to be a self-starter with an ability to review and understand the existing integration architecture, processes, identify gaps and recommend best practices
- Good communication and presentation skills with ability to manage competing priorities/work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred or Desired
- Experience with database solutions like SAP S4 HANA
- Experience implementing MDM solutions with good understanding of company master data sets and with basic MDM processes like data stewardship, data governance, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing is a HUGE PLUS.
- Knowledge on SOX IT Interface Controls
- Prior experience working for a medical device industry
