Job Description

Renesas’ Application Marketing team is looking for a results-driven leader, who is self-motivated, and a strong communicator to drive segment marketing for our Industrial solutions.

As the Sr Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for Application Marketing within the Industrial market. This includes leading specific application segments to identify key customers, building collateral to promote the wholistic Renesas solution offering, drive lead customer engagements, and manage feedback for next generation hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work with different cross-functional, global, teams to ensure alignment for a common goal
• Identify key segments, target customers globally, TAM/SAM and product fit analysis 
• Develop marketing collateral and pitch packs for the target application segments that leverage our full Renesas portfolio
• Engage with key customers within the segment to drive solution wins and collect customer feedback and next generation solution spec requirements
• Work to evangelize our solutions and take to the masses
• Drive the development requirements to win within these target applications and influence our roadmap
• Prepare and present quarterly insights to showcase solution development, customer traction, and global performance

Qualifications

• Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry or technology field
• Knowledge and insight of the Industrial market
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a drive to win
• Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience driving and engaging with customers, Sales, FAEs, and BU stakeholders and leaders
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
