Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Architect Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects from conception through completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties • Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design through to construction completion. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions. • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite for design development and project visualization. Revit and SketchUp are useful, but not required. • Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, sketches, drafts, and construction estimates. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry. • Proficiency in architectural design software • Strong understanding of construction estimating and management processes. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with interior design concepts is a plus. • Ability to draft detailed architectural plans and specifications.
