Sound knowledge in Peoplesafe Application (RxClaim Mail-order ESL CCA EBBM ECCM Caremark.com ELIG Semafone SBO EJB Web Service CTI AVAYA ONE X Facets/TriZetto InstaMed). Excellent knowledge in complicated areas of Peoplesafe like prescription detail to claims transaction history to benefits Prescription benefit eligibility data and record management Prescription drug program Processing and paying prescription drug claims.

Impeccable at determining issues by reading logs from FileZilla and Putty in Mid-tier application logs. Performs technical evaluations at a standard that matches CVS expectations and adds only best resources to the team.

SME in Test claims MIC Medicaid DMR Semafone and pricing domains.

Should be able to develope queries to fetch complicated data from multiple Servers in production in compliance with HIPAA standards NCPDP format and analyse for future deployment changes. Should be able to Manage team for multiple projects in same release.

Attended various audits on BCM project related standards and KPIs. Followed and introduced various improvements which downgraded the inflow of Production issues.

Great relationship with Customer Care Representatives Pharmacy Help Desk personnel Mail Operations Account Management Clients etc.

Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers all the times. Exceptional knowledge on ETS Major Minor releases DR Exercise.

Available round the clock proactively complete all applications shakeouts within records time and highly responsible. Respond to incidents restore service and return the business to normal operations as quickly as possible.

Salary and Other Compensation:
