Senior Automation Testing Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Senior Automation Testing Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

This position may require relocation or travel to client location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 Years of experience in Automation Testing and Testing skill in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, IVR and End to End Testing
• Experience with Lean / Agile methodologies.
• Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Candidate should be able to create, maintain and execute automation scripts in CBTA automation tool.
• Candidate should have experience working in SAP testing projects and have good experience/exposure in end-to-end testing process.
• Knowledge on Automation principles and modular system setup
• Monthly release testing, triage, error fixing, retesting Strategy development for SAP performance impact projects
• Performance testing for new product launches and high-demand sales events
• Coordination with markets and technical scenario setup

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis (depends on the current situation) as per the job requirements.
