TITLE: Senior Brand Manager, Emerging Channels (D2C)
REPORTING TO: General Manager, Home
PREFERRED LOCATION: UNITED STATES, EXCEPT HAWAII AND ALASKA
Role Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager is the team’s home fragrance subject matter expert, overseeing the growth of our emerging channels (wholesale, direct-to-consumer website (D2C), and non-Amazon third-party (3P) marketplaces) for our home fragrance and decor brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic roadmap, product assortment strategy, pricing, and promotional calendar for each channel, new and existing (D2C, Wholesale, 3P Marketplaces)
- Pitch and drive wholesale conversations with physical retailers, discovery shops, shopping channels, and dropship marketplacesÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the D2C business while improving the customer experience
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to grow the D2C’s B2B/corporate gifting businessÂ
- Deliver regular insights and updates on financial performance to leadership
- Partner closely with Product Development team to conduct product research and develop product positioning for new product launches
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce roles with P&L ownership
- Fluent in D2C channels, & Shopify
- Experience in the home fragrance category preferred
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skillsÂ
- Proven ability to drive cold outreach and business dev/sales negotiations (this role will require presenting brand decks and negotiating terms with TV segments, shopping channels, retailers, marketplaces, etc.)
- Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
- Must be able to commit to travel requirements.
