The Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) plays a pivotal role in setting, prioritizing, and implementing enterprise marketing strategies and activations across multiple iconic brands within a Fortune 200 company. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sr. Brand Manager, Enterprise Marketing Strategy in Richmond, VA, but are open to a remote working arrangement.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the overarching vision and strategy of an enterprise-wide marketing intake and governance system while driving the continual evolution required to meet the changing needs of the enterprise.
  • Leading and managing the governance system responsible for evaluating, approving, and prioritizing all marketing activities based on enterprise priorities, key performance indicators, and resource constraints.
  • Partnering with internal and external business partners to drive system adoption and usage while seeking input and feedback for continuous process and system improvement.
  • Collaborating with a diverse set of system business partners and end users to design and build out proper software functionality and integrations to streamline workflow management across marketing teams and unlock new marketing capabilities and insights for better, data-driven decision making.
  • Evolving business case and architectural blueprint for 3rd party integration into a central software system designed to track all marketing work (Azure DevOps) in collaboration with Enterprise Technology team.
  • Responsible for standardizing and implementing best enterprise portfolio management practices and upskilling enterprise on agile practices.
  • In collaboration with the team, maintain key strategic and process management infrastructure and use project management skills to keep team on top of key priorities, achievements, and future milestones.
  • Effectively lead the performance, upskilling and development of direct reports

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable field
  • 7+ years of Brand Management or Marketing Services experiences.
  • 3+ years' experience as a proven people leader
  • Change management experience leading initiatives that involve transforming processes, systems, and technology.
  • Proven track record of strategic and conceptual thinking and creative problem solving with ability to navigate in ambiguity / white space.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and accountability with ability to influence others.
  • A growth mindset, resilience to setbacks, ability to navigate conflict, and willingness to challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish relationships and empathize with a diverse set of business partners who have unique needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex systems / processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with brand marketing and deep familiarity with Altria technical and creative processes and timelines preferred.

Total Rewards

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $124,900.00 - $190,450.00 / annually.
