Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in business processes and system requirements to deliver strategic recommendations and implement Salesforce solutions. • Conduct in-depth discovery and analysis of business processes and system requirements
• Develop and maintain EPIC-level backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Define and align personas to business objectives
• Prepare and refine Business Process Architecture (L1/L2) documentation
• Collaborate as a Data Cloud stream Business Analyst during implementation phases
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on Customer Data Management processes
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and Customer Data Management processes in the Manufacturing domain
• Expertise in personas identification and alignment
• Ability to prepare and document Business Process Architecture (L1/L2)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Data Cloud
• Problem-solving mindset and strong presentation skills
• English proficiency at a B2+ level
