Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing innovative web applications and improving existing systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills combined with expertise in web application design and a background in both business analysis and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with customers to gather and document their requirements
• Design cutting-edge web applications from ground up based on those requirements
• Create visual designs for new features to enhance user experience
• Recommend optimal UX design strategies for various web applications
• Collaborate closely with the development team to support the implementation of solutions
• Provide necessary support to other teams within Google as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in Figma
• Background in conducting customer interviews and requirements gathering
• Significant experience in designing web applications
• Competency in UX design processes and methodologies
• Flexibility to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey ideas
• Proficiency in English C1 or higher
