We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Hybris and a focus on B2C to join our diverse and dynamic team.
This role involves detailed story creation on behalf of the Product Owner, working within a squad environment. If you have a background in retail/eCommerce and are adept at working in multicultural settings, we encourage you to apply.C area.

• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and maintain and share in an effective manner
• Work closely with the business team, technology team, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Assist businesses in performing user acceptance testing
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Proficiency in conducting ongoing reviews of business requirements and developing optimization strategies
• Familiarity with the latest practices in the retail and eCommerce industry and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Capability to conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, perform requirements analysis
• Extensive experience in creating and managing project artifacts like documents, epics, user stories
• Effective communication of insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Extensive knowledge of the consumer retail industry
• Background in working on eCommerce products for Web & Mobile
