Senior Business Analyst II

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst II (multiple openings), 9AM-6PM Mon-Fri, $93,600 to $127,000/year based on

experience and education level exceeding minimum requirements.

Job Duties:

•Facilitate requirement gathering/interview sessions, synthesize requirements and put together an

implementation plan for the client

•Significant involvement in the analysis phases of the implementation, collecting and documenting functional

requirements, and understanding and possibly re-defining business process based on the capabilities of the

platform

•Responsible for the creation of requirements and process documentation including functional requirements,

business process requirements, technical design document, integration specifications

•Configure declarative portions of applications in Force.com

•Oversee quality assurance and guide the client through UAT

•Identify changes to project scope

•Provide full time support throughout the implementation lifecycle as a key member of the implementation team

•Support the design efforts by documenting suggested data models, technical process flows, integration

specifications

•Primary resource responsible for all declarative configuration within Salesforce.com including security and

sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes, etc.

•Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing and any support for defect management

during UAT process.

Telecommuting permissible from anywhere.

Job Requirements: Masters Degree in Information Systems + 3 years of experience as a computer software

professional. Experience must include working in the Salesforce platform.
