Senior Business Execution Consultant (Trainer for Remote Admin team)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking for a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will assist the Remote Managed Services team in facilitating trainings across their team members.

In this role, you will:

• Provide consulting, coaching, and delivery as needed to team members, individual contributors and managers related to the implementation of technical, functional, product skills, or relevant competencies
• Create training curriculum and identify process improvement opportunities
• Review and analyze basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables
• Use knowledge of development programs across a few business disciplines to articulate the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions
• Partner with instructional design team to develop curricula, courses and materials gathered from consultative needs assessments, learning participants, business opportunities and needs of client groups
• Provide direction and mentorship to team members and managers
• Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal, as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of training, coaching and process improvement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

• Successful candidate must be willing to work on Evening Shift.
• Office Location will be at 5 Neo, BGC.
• Amenable to work onsite/hybrid set-up
