Senior Business Technical Analyst Remote

• Lead the support of business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems• Lead the identification and analysis of user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes• Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations, including improvements and revisions to business processes and requirements• Evaluate risks and concerns and communicate to management• Coordinate with various business units and departments in the development and delivery of training programs• Develop, share, and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications• Oversee all changes to departmental policies and procedures, including communicating and implementing the changes• Serve as the subject matter expert on the assigned function product to ensure operational performance• Ability to travel

Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports. Acts as subject matter expert for department or business unit on business systems/applications. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Performs application/system design and implementation. Documents development requirements. Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs.

Candidate Education: Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Required or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, developing project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design.

Candidate Experience: Preferred 1+ year of experience in Healthcare

Required 4+ years of experience in relevant programming to include SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle (or similar depending upon departmental requirements)

Required 3+ years of experience in related business analysis

Preferred 1+ year of experience in ASP/ASP.NET
