Senior C++ Software Engineer

We are seeking aSenior C++ Software Engineerto join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining our core systems and other related functionalities. Any prior knowledge and experience around electronic prescription handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions
• Collaborate with team members to integrate new functionalities into existing system architecture
• Optimize existing codebase for better efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Document software changes, system configurations, and operational guidelines
• Implement and maintain medication history data integrations from Surescripts

• Proficiency in C++ with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Skills in software development lifecycle and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Understanding of formulary and benefits details related to healthcare prescriptions

• Familiarity with healthcare domain or industry standards and regulations
• Experience with systems such as Surescripts, RXNT, Practice Fusion, TherapyNotes, AdvancedMD, or similar is preferred
• Familiarity with Real-Time Prescription Benefits and Electronic Prior Authorization systems would be a great advantage
