About the role

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Berlin office. You will support and partly content-related further development of already existing and establishment of profitable new customer relationships and independently prepare and execute projects (research, organisation, documentation, preparation and control of timings, budgets and resources etc.), being the main point of contact for the client. You will collaborate with Designers and Strategists to ensure our deliverables are always top-notch and whilst motivating and mentoring team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of the consulting unit as well as of the agency. 

About you 

• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of processes in agencies as well as processes in brand consulting
• High level of interest in and knowledge of global brand management and design processes, their implementation and execution
• Experience in budget and project planning, time management and use of resources, leading and developing clients independently over an extended period
• Confident creative judgment in terms of briefing, strategy and quality
• Correspondence in German and English, both verbally and in writing
