You are exceptionally detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and passionate about commercial real estate. In essence, you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel under pressure, task prioritization and completion. You are self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong time management skills for multitasking. In this role, you will… • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports. • Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research). • Maintain property listings on various websites, update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation. • Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables, availabilities).Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses. • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline. • Valid real estate license in the state of Illinois or willingness to become licensed. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively. Pursuant tostate/local law, Colliers isdisclosingthe following information: Area/Location Specific: Chicago, IL. Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,475to $80,000. Our salary ranges aredeterminedby role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum andmaximumtarget for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay isdeterminedby work location andadditionalfactors,including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
