Responsibilities

In this position

• In CRM space, primarily Salesforce ecosystem focusing on core products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud, Force.com Platform Operations.

What you'll do

• Technical Sr. Project Management in CRM space, primarily Salesforce ecosystem focusing on core products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Platform Development and Salesforce Integrations.
• Ability to understand sales, service center and Marketing strategies and requirements, translate them into system and process requirements, and manage the system implementation.
• Identify dependencies on other systems in the overall engineering landscape to arrive at a potential solution for the problem statement.
• Provide thought & solution leadership from a Salesforce best practices perspective.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration practices, governor limits.
• Collaborate with the business, internal IT teams, Data Migration, Security and Release management group members to ensure the development milestones are all achieved on time, with approved design.
• Responsible for directing and managing multiple teams and projects to accomplish business goals.
• Continuous improvement mindset- proven track record of developing and refining processes to meet the team goals.
• Experience in a matrixed IT organization and on and offshore development teams including 3rd party vendors.
• Lead complex SAFe Agile to drive Salesforce projects or programs.
• Experience in interacting with Senior IT and business leadership.
• Definition of DevOps relevant KPIs and metrics, monitoring, measuring and optimizing on a continuous basis.
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools, processes and ensuring it is well documented and shared across the team at any given point, to avoid people becoming single point of failure.
• Championing, mentoring, coaching and training individuals and teams on DevOps processes and best practices.
• Monitoring Salesforce platforms and systems performance, security, backup, disaster recovery, user access processes and plans.

Qualifications

You'll have

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related fields
• 10+ years experience in managing/leading CRM/Salesforce projects and teams.
• Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end Salesforce system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migrations/loads, transition into production operations.
• Salesforce certifications Platform Development, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required. Additional certifications is plus.
• Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce development environment and tools.
• Project Management methodologies and tools, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies, Jira and Rally tools.
• Familiar with DevOps and Automation tools and processes pertaining to Salesforce platform.
• Experience in Automotive industry is plus, not mandatory.
