Senior Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current data structure and data pipelines
• Identify gaps in the current data model and propose actionable solutions for improvements
• Redesign architectural patterns of the data flow to optimize performance and scalability
• Work closely with various stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives and Key Performance Indicators
• Ensure data quality and compliance with data-related regulations and industry best practices
• Develop strategies for resolving data-related issues, including data quality concerns and system integration challenges
• Foster a culture of data literacy within the organization, including training and development initiatives around data governance and management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on People/Talent Acquisition data systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting platforms)
• Strong background in building and optimizing data models for Talent reporting
• Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and compliance best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance frameworks and implementation
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
