Job Description:                  

• Designing and developing all aspects of the infrastructure that supports analytics projects, dashboards, reports and models.
• Maintaining the infrastructure for various teams to create data pipelines and integrate systems.
• Creating the infrastructure that generates key insights that support our business.
• Supporting and monitoring data storage, migration, and transformation.
• Working with internal and external API’s.
• Integrating internal systems including managing network requirements.
• Identifying data sources across the company and helping incorporate them into our data

system.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify new requirements and helping design and build

systems to meet those needs.

• Performing mathematical analysis to identify areas for improvement within the system and

organization.

• Optimizing backend storage solutions including SFTP and relational databases.
• Utilizing user access controls to data. 

Position may also telecommute from any location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Knowledge of designing and developing data models to perform data analysis on technology and application information across the enterprise in python.

· Knowledge of writing code to perform ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) development of data in Hive tables, RDBMS tables, and JSON files.

· Knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Oozie and Alteryx.

· Knowledge of performing query optimization on SQL queries to improve response time.

· Knowledge of tools and technologies including SQL Server, SQL queries, and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs). 

· Knowledge of developing and implementing data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Work Location:          1650 W. Digital Drive, Lehi, UT 84043, position may also telecommute from any location in the United States.

Hours of work:           Usually 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
