As a Senior Data Scientist on the WBD Data Science team, you will leverage your expertise in
data, metrics, and KPIs to develop, maintain, and enhance content and marketing data science
models. Collaborating closely with the content, marketing, research, strategy, and finance
teams, your work will play a crucial role in informing leadership and partners about WBD's
content and marketing performance. You will work with diverse datasets, creating industry-
leading models and analyses. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional projects from
inception to completion, as well as staying updated on the latest algorithmic and modeling
advancements to apply them in impactful ways.

Our team team builds foundational models around important content decisions - For example: what types of content should we create? how do we schedule our content? how well will each upcoming title perform? what types of audiences will enjoy upcoming titles?

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
