WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner Services Group (PSG) is an integral part of BCG's worldwide Finance organization and provides a wide range of services to our Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). PSG manages a variety of dimensions related to MDP evaluation, compensation, and equity programs.
We are looking for a full-stack senior developer with demonstrated ability to design and develop solutions to completion. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining cloud-native, scalable applications. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure which requires collaborative problem solving, understanding of design, and commitment to quality of the overall application.

Coding and debugging .NET and SQL based solutions using a microservices architecture.
Adhering to software development standards and best practices for your team.
Ensuring quality and consistency throughout the architecture and implementation of the application.
Being a team player who communicates positively and proactively within your Agile team and across the organization.
Working collaboratively and efficiently in virtual teams and someone who is self-starter and highly proactive.
Learning new tools, technologies, and processes with a high degree of competence.
Working with multicultural distributed team located in different time zones.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

5-7 years of experience in application development using .NET technologies (preferably .NET Core and C#).
Experience with performance optimization of managed code.
Experience developing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Experience with authentication and identity management tools like Okta.
Experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating and scaling cloud-based services.
Working knowledge of the SDLC, CI/CD build pipelines and tools (preferably GitHub Actions), and application monitoring (preferably Datadog).
Experience in working with distributed Agile development teams.

You will be part of a fast-paced and growing PSG Product team that works with Senior Leadership, IT functional peers, and critical business stakeholders to promote change and drive business value through technology.
