Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Sitecore Experience Platform to join our remote team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and software for our client's Sitecore-based platform. You will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the system to ensure that it is operating at optimal levels.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an offshore Azure architect to review missing parts and capture work to complete
• Work with the client's team to set up and maintain the environment
• Support the Sitecore Experience Platform Deployment
• Automate the installation of Sitecore Experience Platform on Azure App Service
• Set up and support Solr Indexes on Linux (SOLR/ZooKeeper)
• Configure monitoring and alerting to ensure optimal system performance
• Configure and maintain quality gates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Sitecore Experience Platform
• Expertise in building and configuring Sitecore XP Platform, Connectors, and Service Integrations
• Experience in creating deployment pipelines to build and deploy the Sitecore base configuration in a repeatable manner
• Proficiency in setting up and investigating logging and telemetry using Sitecore, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Applications Insights to diagnose issues and incidents
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure App Service
• Experience in automating the installation of Sitecore Experience Platform on Azure App Service
• Proficient in setting up and supporting Solr Indexes on Linux (SOLR/ZooKeeper)
• Experience in configuring monitoring and alerting to ensure optimal system performance
• Ability to configure and maintain quality gates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Linux administration
