Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role involves spearheading the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) across 90 applications and enhancing user experience by automating user access service requests. The ideal candidate will utilize their DevOps expertise to contribute towards the success of our project, involving comprehensive integration with Okta environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate user access service requests across all GFiber applications using Okta and Okta Request
• Conduct detailed investigations on the implementation of SCIM and SAML protocols
• Ensure timely completion of service requests
• Collaborate with TPMs and SMEs from development teams to align on technical expectations
• Manage project activities including task decomposition, knowledge dissemination, and leading SCRUM meetings
• Enhance scripts to improve stability, availability, and security in the production environment
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve incidents efficiently

Requirements

• Extensive experience with SSO setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Knowledge of APIs, SDKs for automation and custom integration
• Proficiency in managing lifecycle aspects like provisioning, deprovisioning, and group management
• Capacity to develop and configure custom SSO connectors
• Familiarity with SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect authentication protocols
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Competency in creating comprehensible technical documentation
• Proficient in verbal and written English, at least at B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Extensive experience and proficiency with Okta SSO and lifecycle management, including using Okta's APIs and SDKs for integration
