Job Summary

FreeWheel is hiring a Sr. Director, Programmatic Partnerships based in New York who will report into the VP of Strategic Partnerships. In this position, you will lead a team of partner managers responsible for partnerships between programmatic supply platforms and FreeWheel’s demand-side platform Beeswax. This team is responsible for developing partner strategy, negotiating and onboarding new partnerships, and day-to-day relationship management of Beeswax’s programmatic supply portfolio.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a team of individual contributors responsible for all phases of the partnerships lifecycle.
• Develop strategic proposals and business plans for evolving Beeswax’s programmatic supply partnerships to meet the strategic objectives of Beeswax and FreeWheel.
• Develop new partnerships through directly leading complex negotiations; lead the business development process through legal, privacy, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Ensure that the programmatic supply team manages existing partnerships to maximize customer value from programmatic supply.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on the programmatic supply chain.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional IQ.
• Deep knowledge of and experience in the programmatic/OpenRTB supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and motivate individual contributors.
• Skilled negotiator, comfortable with legal and technical aspects of contract negotiation.
• Data-driven, analytical and process-oriented in your work.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $178,906.31 - $268,359.47

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
