Job Summary
FreeWheel is hiring a Sr. Director, Programmatic Partnerships based in New York who will report into the VP of Strategic Partnerships. In this position, you will lead a team of partner managers responsible for partnerships between programmatic supply platforms and FreeWheel’s demand-side platform Beeswax. This team is responsible for developing partner strategy, negotiating and onboarding new partnerships, and day-to-day relationship management of Beeswax’s programmatic supply portfolio.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a team of individual contributors responsible for all phases of the partnerships lifecycle.
- Develop strategic proposals and business plans for evolving Beeswax’s programmatic supply partnerships to meet the strategic objectives of Beeswax and FreeWheel.
- Develop new partnerships through directly leading complex negotiations; lead the business development process through legal, privacy, engineering, and other internal teams.
- Ensure that the programmatic supply team manages existing partnerships to maximize customer value from programmatic supply.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the programmatic supply chain.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional IQ.
- Deep knowledge of and experience in the programmatic/OpenRTB supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and motivate individual contributors.
- Skilled negotiator, comfortable with legal and technical aspects of contract negotiation.
- Data-driven, analytical and process-oriented in your work.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $178,906.31 - $268,359.47
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
