Job Summary This Senior Digital Service Provider Software Developer position focuses on supporting projects, primarily the Stirista Digital Service Provider Platform and other related services. As the Senior DSP Software Developer you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, debugging, and maintaining software/web applications using Golang, PHP 8, Symfony 7, MySQL, and automated testing technologies. Responsibilities include ensuring sufficient capacity, uptime, availability, security, and documentation for projects, as well as aligning resources efficiently and communicating effectively with management and stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership within cross-functional and international teams. This developer position assumes an immediate, authoritative domain for supporting a given project (or projects), primarily the Adstir DSP and related services. Responsibilities β€’ Serve as the primary technical authority and domain expert for the Adstir Demand-Side Platform (DSP) and related MarTech services. β€’ Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the Adstir DSP and Stirista Digital business unit, encompassing design, development, enhancement, debugging, testing, and maintenance of scalable and performant web applications. β€’ Drive technical excellence through strong command and hands-on application of Golang, PHP 8, Symfony 7, MySQL, and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Codeception, Ginkgo), ensuring high-quality and robust solutions. β€’ Collaborate strategically with cross-functional and international teams, providing technical guidance and fostering efficient project execution to meet dynamic customer demands. β€’ Partner with Software Engineering Leadership and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps, validate technical approaches, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. β€’ Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of features, ensuring they achieve the intended business value and user objectives. β€’ Champion operational excellence, ensuring the Adstir DSP maintains high availability, uptime, sufficient capacity, and robust security posture. β€’ Optimize resource allocation and manage project constraints efficiently to control operational expenses while maximizing project value. β€’ Establish and maintain clear, proactive communication channels with management and stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, risks, and release expectations. β€’ Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team. β€’ Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system scalability. Requirements β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant coursework β€’ 8-10 years of experience in software development working with programming languages, database technologies and operating systems Highly Desirable β€’ Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant coursework β€’ Experience in managing design and development projects β€’ Defining usability requirements based on business objectives β€’ Ability to Identify milestones and goals in the development process β€’ Experience creating and using User Personas, User Stories, and User Flows, and information architecture diagrams β€’ Experience working with international/cross-cultural teams β€’ Advanced skills in Golang, PHP 8, Symfony 5-7, MySQL, and related web technologies β€’ Proficiency with ElasticSearch, Clickhouse, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Git and Bitbucket pipelines β€’ Front-end experience with Javascript, Bootstrap, and Webpack. Additional experience with HTML5, JQuery, AngularJS/Angular, and CSS3/SCSS a plus β€’ Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles β€’ Working knowledge of Confluence, JIRA and Grafana a plus β€’ Proficient in version control practices, including fluency with Git (Git based repositories and version management with Bitbucket) β€’ Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application β€’ Knowledge of concurrency patterns β€’ Able to contribute to automation, causal analysis, and development of shared/common solutions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Benefits: β€’ 401(k) β€’ Dental insurance β€’ Health insurance β€’ Life insurance β€’ Paid time off β€’ Vision insurance Compensation Package: β€’ Bonus opportunities Schedule: β€’ Day shift Work Location: In person
