Honest’s Digital team is hiring! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior eCommerce Analyst to manage DTC business and oversee the successful launch of products on Honest.com. To thrive in this role, you’ll need impeccable attention to detail, a passion for the digital space, and the ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Own the launch of new products on the Honest website from green light to delivery, gathering requirements, assets, and copy as needed
• Create, prioritize, and manage QA tickets related to product launches and bugs
• Ability to prioritize multiple project timelines and work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Configure products in testing and production environments, checking for consistency, accuracy, and overall quality assurance
• Partner with Operations to ensure the right products are merchandised on the site.
• Identify and execute opportunities for growth in the channel through promotions, sampling and merchandising.
• Monitor product performance to identify areas to optimize PDPs, leveraging GA, insights from brand, SEO agency.
• Work with IT and UX teams to ensure PDP pages are best in class.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 3+ years of relevant, full-time work experience
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills
• Passionate about the web, e-commerce, mobile, and the overall customer experience

Bonus points for:

• Experience in an e-commerce setting or with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with basic HTML

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $68,000-$93,000. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
