What you will do...
- Assist with maintaining and updating monthly forecast and budget models with respect to all elements of the P&L from Revenue to Net Income. Perform variance analysis as needed.
- Analyze, monitor and interpret business metrics derived from customer information related to subscription business to help drive growth and improve customer retention. Help generate key business intelligence insights to ensure successful planning, execution and optimization of new and existing business programs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual presentations for senior management and investor relations which includes dashboards, financial statements and various other reports.
- Analyze competitors and keep up to date with healthcare and economic industry trends. Establish best practices and benchmarks from market research to monitor internal performance.
- Partner with sales, marketing, R&D and other business functions to ensure operational and financial alignment ranging from sales quota deployment to ROI analysis of new products.
- Develop automated internal financial and operational tools with data sourcing from the company's internal database.
- Build data models to drive strategy and growth
- Fulfill ad hoc requests
What you bring...
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, public accounting or any other accounting or finance job.
- Knowledge of US GAAP rules and regulations is strongly sought after.
- Strong MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills required especially with regards to pivot tables, database logic, xlookup logic etc
- Understanding of business intelligence and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, BI360, Microsoft PowerSuite, QlickView or Cognos.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem solving and troubleshooting
