Join our Finance team in Madison, WI as a Senior Financial Analyst. We are looking for a motivated individual who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. This is an awesome opportunity to learn about all areas of the bicycle industry (from corporate functions to operations and assembly) and make an impact!
This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. Â
A few (but not all) of this position's responsibilities are listed below:Â
- Conduct pricing analysis and maintain accurate records of price-related data.Â
- Manage and approve price changes in SAP, leading with precision and promptness in updates.Â
- Spearhead SG&A analytics and benchmarking initiatives for Pacific Cycle, delivering valuable insights to drive decision-making processes.Â
- Drive insights and planning efforts on cost of goods sold KPIs to optimize cost efficiencies and enhance profitability.Â
- Develop and oversee cost center reporting mechanisms to analyze business unit financial performance.Â
- Review and approve customer price quotes from Sales, working closely with Sales to forecast sell prices and product mix for customer line reviews.Â

Education & ExperienceÂ
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in a related, seasonal industry given planning dynamics; knowledge of Operations and/or Supply Chain highly preferredÂ
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other MicrosoftÂ
