This Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will be a key member of the Digital team which is instrumental in delivering customer facing software. This individual has a passion for continuous learning and using technology to solve problems at their root. The person in this role will work directly with the Product Manager and stakeholders to create software that revolutionizes the home buying, selling, and refinancing processes.

This Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will be a key member of the Digital team which is instrumental in delivering customer facing software. The person in this role will work directly with the Product Manager and stakeholders to create software that revolutionizes the home buying, selling, and refinancing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop cloud applications using the MERN (Mongo DB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS) stack with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Queues
- Create automated unit and integration tests
- Design and support API Integrations with various 3rd parties that enable and optimize business processes
- Develop and mentor team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of the MERN stack or similar alternatives
- Strong skills in Typescript or JavaScript and some experience with React, Angular, or Vue
- Working knowledge of Azure or other cloud-based systems such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or IBM Cloud
- Experience with NoSQL DBs such as Mongo DB, Redis DB, or SQL Server
- Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public facing websites is highly preferred
- Understanding of pub-sub or other queuing patterns
- Mastery of at least one language and tech stack.
- Build and implement a quality system from scratch
- Knowledgeable of common software patterns and anti-patterns
- Good understanding of hardware, software, and transfer protocols and their interactions
- Good knowledge of scale and performance considerations
- Good knowledge of common security hazards (e.g. OWASP top 10 list)
- Strong ability to develop and mentor others
- Understanding of what product is driving towards and clearly understands the ultimate business goal
- Deep understanding of cloud services and processes
- Experience with C# .Net Framework/.NetCore
- Experience with microservice and micro frontend architectures
