Senior Functional Tester in Application Support

We are looking for a committed Senior Functional Tester who has a zeal for quality assurance and boasts a good grasp of technical environments, ideally within the IT services sector.
The position requires an individual who can effectively communicate, has analytical prowess, and excels at delivering precise quality evaluations and findings.

Responsibilities

• Integrate QA expertise with a bit of technical experience
• Communicate adeptly to steer team members as necessary
• Employ analytical abilities for QA reporting to assist in quality evaluations
• Suggest improvements to enhance team productivity
• Develop insights into obstacles faced by various departments
• Remain adaptable to undertake new assignments as business requirements change
• Oversee personal tasks and demonstrate leadership within the team
• Offer clear and efficient communication
• Compile reports about procedures and KPIs as requested
• Implement new techniques to improve team quality
• Adapt promptly to modifications in support team and product setups
• Demonstrate experience with technical responsibilities in IT services or settings
• Focus on fulfilling business and client demands
• Acquire skills and contribute to the implementation of ITIL/ITSM processes for better team operations and effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of engagement in QA practices with essential technical understanding
• Competency in analyzing QA data and producing quality findings accurately
• Innovative problem-solving capacities to boost team productivity
• Flexibility to assume diverse assignments as required by evolving business conditions
• Proficiency in documenting KPIs and processes as necessary
• Quick flexibility in adapting to changes in support frameworks and product renovations
• Background in overseeing or aiding technical settings, ideally in IT services
• Customer-centric with emphasis on adding business value
• Capability to comprehend, implement, and instruct others in ITIL/ITSM processes
• Proficiency in English communication skills at a B2+ level
