This Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer you are experienced in brand strategy, focusing on creation and design. Knowledge in video editing, production of promotional materials and merchandising for POS, high-quality graphic materials, layout for websites and supervision of agencies and freelancers.

We are looking for a person who has high interpersonal skills, ease of communication with different areas, discipline and focus on deadlines, and a strong aesthetic sense and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling campaign concepts that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Design a variety of marketing assets, including white papers, case studies, advertisements, trade marketing materials (flyers, banners, window stickers), event booths, and social media posts (motion design is a plus ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure visual representation aligns with overall campaign objectives.
• Lead creative direction for marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across channels.
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and promote products/services.
• Increase ease of use in digital products.
• Maintain brand consistency across all of our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continually improve design strategies.
• Have strategic vision and understanding of the business to assist in the supervision of partner agencies in LATAM and South Africa.
• Participate in the creation and adaptation of the Brandbook for all countries and be guardian of the brand in accordance with global definitions.
• Coordination of the team of freelancers from other countries and being responsible for the final approval of their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related areas.
• Advanced/fluent English and Spanish is a plus.
• Adobe package domain (editing and motion).
• Video creation and editing.
• Google drive package.
• Familiarity with photography and image editing.
• Technical knowledge in the area.
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML preferred when necessary.
