WEX is seeking a Senior HR Employee Design & Delivery Lead to join our HR Enablement & Effectiveness team. In this role, you are a change agent, an experienced architect, and a relentless champion of delivering impactful solutions for our most valuable asset - our people. How you'll make an impact
- Be the Agile Catalyst: Transform the way we work by coaching teams to embrace agile methodologies. Foster a culture where we iteratively learn, collaborate, and swiftly adapt to deliver value faster within HR.
- Maximize Program Impact: Become our resident expert on ensuring that our HR projects and programs deliver tangible results. Lead needs analysis, vision setting, and meticulously track outcomes to drive meaningful change and justify investment.
- Relentlessly Pursue Efficiency: Uncover areas for improvement and streamline HR processes across the board. Identify bottlenecks, drive cross-functional collaboration to remove them, and empower teams to work smarter.
- Champion the Employee Voice: Partner with diverse stakeholders to design human-centered HR solutions. Conduct interviews, leverage input from our Talent & Culture Advisory Board, and collaborate with People Analytics to ensure that the employee experience drives decisions.
- Become an HR Project Expert: Orchestrate the seamless execution of our HR project portfolio. Guide teams to define scope, goals, budgets, and timelines while providing hands-on support to drive success and ensure accountability.
- Master the Art of HR Storytelling: Transform the way we communicate about HR projects. Highlight transformative change, bundle updates strategically, and engage with key leadership at all levels to demonstrate impact.
- Support an Effective HR Team: Leverage our HR operating routines to optimize decision-making, facilitate collaboration, and refine our practices for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

- A bachelors degree in HR or related field
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in HR
- Passion for transforming the employee experience and a knack for identifying impactful solutions
- Experience with agile frameworks and a coaching mindset for facilitating team adoption of new methodologies
- Analytical mind with a talent for identifying HR program impact and optimization opportunities
- Strong project management skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
- Collaborator at heart with the ability to partner effectively across teams
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $109,000.00
