COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.
The role will be part of the Global HRIS team, responsible within Coty to ensure that Coty employees and managers have the best user experience using our world-class HR systems. In this role the Global Employee Experience & HR Tech Sr. Manager will support the following functional areas: Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Survey the market on the latest and greatest technology existing to support Talents and C&B processes.
- Drive the HRIS strategy forward through processes' optimization, training, and constant improvement.
- Support local teams with their key processes leveraging actual technology or looking for innovative solutions.
- Drive employee and manager experience ensuring that it is in the heart of each process, system, and decision.
- Be the active link between the Talent & Compensation COE teams and our technical service center based in Lisbon managed by Accenture for all technical inquiries.
- Stakeholder management
- Support Talent, TA & C&B teams in all their HR tech requests.
- Interact with HR Leadership Team on their request for information.
- Drive post-mortem analysis at the end of each process.
- Support key members of the executive and senior management teams to provide support.
- Best Practice
- Ensure that employee experience is at the heart of each system and process.
- Ensure regular inflow of best practise on leveraging systems latest features to maximize user experience.
- Keep challenging processes and information collected to guarantee simplicity and efficient approach to support Global HR processes.
- Proposed best technology including AI to optimise the impact of those processes.
- Animate HR users' network to ensure that our existing technology is used to its fullest potential.
- Implement agile methodology to deploy and streamline processes.
- Projects /BAU activities
- Support HR Key global Talent, TA & CB BAU and improvement initiatives.
- Supervise the implementation/update of new processes, modules. Or new technology.
- Provide recommendation on the possible enhancements of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Calibration, Succession, Variable Pay, Performance and Goal Management, Learning Management System, etc.
- Supervise Accenture technical support team to ensure best support is provided.
- Conducts continuous improvement approach to constantly progress the way we use our existing technology.
- Work with COEs to implement short-term needs and advancements to allow all global processes to flow seamlessly.
- HR community up Scaling
- Engage with local HR teams to upscale their knowledge and capabilities in Coty current HR tech stack.
- Create an active Coty HR tech network.
- Arrange proper awareness of end-user in the latest functionalities and best practices in using SuccessFactors.
QUALIFICATIONS
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:

- Deep expertise in best-in-class Talent, TA & C&B technical solutions.
- Experience in implementing and supporting global HR processes in a complex, matrix international structure.
- Good knowledge of SF following modules: Employee Central, Performance, Goal Management, Calibration, Recruitment, Succession, Variable Pay, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance and TA modules.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
