We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Cloud to join our dynamic IT team.

Job Summary:

The Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Administrator with Microsoft Cloud Expertise will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our identity and access management systems. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies to ensure secure and efficient access to our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles, strong technical skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Microsoft Azure AD and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
  • Configure and manage identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Conduct regular IAM audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT team members.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in IAM and Microsoft Cloud to ensure our systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM Administration, with a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Experience with identity federation, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies, such as Okta, Adaxes, or Ping Identity.
  • Microsoft Cloud Expertise is a plus
