Senior Inside Sales RepresentativeÂ
Role SummaryÂ
Our client seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Branch Manager and partner with the sales team to increase sales and customer service in their region. As a senior sales representative, this role will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and is proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process focusing on proactive selling techniques to expand the current book of business.Â
Key Results AreasÂ

Present and pitch company products and services to current and potential clientsÂ

Initiate sales process by preparing proposals, completing the account setup, and understanding customer requirementsÂ

Create and maintain a database of prospective clientsÂ

Make outbound calls to potential customers dailyÂ
-
Follow up on new leads and qualify referrals resulting from inbound lead generationÂ
-
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clientsÂ
-
Maintain sales materials and attend sales training classes as directed to enhance current and future product knowledgeÂ

Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and servicesÂ
-
Act as a liaison between customers and other operations of the branch to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded, and maintain goodwill for future businessÂ

Maintain expectations via CRM to populate status reports, including daily call log activity, follow-up calls and emails, and adherence to daily and monthly sales goalsÂ

Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through activity to appropriate company staffÂ

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing eventsÂ
 Skills & QualificationsÂ

High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
-
5+ years of experience in Inside SalesÂ
-
Deep knowledge in sales and sales administrationÂ
-
Highly motivated and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independentlyÂ

Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current and potential customers and suppliersÂ

Exemplary customer orientation and proven negotiation skillsÂ

Strong time management and attention to detailÂ
