CACI has an immediate need for a Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to be based onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Sr. ISD, you'll help lead a team of ISDs in gathering and creating training content for a Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning training course. You'll work with a team of training developers in updating lesson plans, training guides, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). You'll format and edit documents and ensure they are meeting design standards and review training content to ensure it is accurate and provide design feedback.
More About the Role:
- Review Government Furnished Information.
- Lead design meetings with SMEs and Instructional Designers.
- Perform analysis of existing training content.
- Research and gather missing content.
- Write and edit Lesson Plans and Training Guides using CPM.
- Support development of the IMI as required.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience developing Navy Content using CPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.
