As our first Senior Integrated Campaign Manager you will be a key player in building our integrated campaign function from the ground up. Your mission? Drive brand awareness, spark market demand, and boost customer engagement to hit our business goals. You'll join a fun, collaborative team dedicated to keeping things innovative and inclusive as we grow. It's a perfect fit for a marketer with a knack for scaling global processes, a great communicator, and creating engaging campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Plan and implement global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, target audiences, and allocated budgets.
- Foster creative collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing content that resonates with our brand.
- Work closely with PMM, brand, demand, and field teams to design strategic and impactful campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee Campaign Execution: Manage the full campaign lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and successful execution.
- Content Partnership: Collaborate with content teams to identify and recommend assets and offers that map to the buyer journey at each stage of the funnel
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B campaign or marketing management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
- Analytical Insight: Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Innovative and creativethinker with a flair for developing standout marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, SMM, and other digital marketing strategies.
