Job Description
Classover (NASDAQ: KIDZ) is a New York-based EdTech company offering live online classes to K–12 students globally. We are looking for a confident Investor Relations Manager to serve as the voice of the company across capital markets stakeholders. In this role, you will engage directly with institutional investors, investment media, analysts, and ecosystem partners, helping shape and communicate the company's public narrative and strategic positioning.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial media, with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of capital market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- External Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, investment journalists, industry analysts, and business media
• Represent the company in investor calls, interviews, events, and background briefings
• Collect and relay external feedback to internal teams to refine messaging and strategy
- Messaging & Materials
• Prepare and maintain investor decks, earnings call scripts, shareholder letters, and Q&A documents
• Craft concise, compelling narratives tailored for capital markets audiences
• Support the development of press releases and strategic announcements in collaboration with media/PR teams
- Market & Ecosystem Intelligence
• Monitor market sentiment, trading trends, peer positioning, and industry media
• Track and log investor/media interactions and assist with stakeholder reporting
• Stay updated on relevant capital market developments that impact company positioning
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, capital communications, corporate affairs, or investment journalism
• Fluency in English, with excellent public speaking and writing skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with both institutional and media audiences
• Familiarity with capital markets (e.g. earnings cycles, investor behavior, valuation logic)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and narrative crafting for capital audiences
• Experience working in a public company, IR agency, or financial media outlet is a strong plus

• Visa Support: CPT, OPT, H-1B, Green Card sponsorship available
• Start Date: July 2025
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
